The hotel offers complimentary fika daily. It included delicious cake. breakfast was also delicious! the location was superb, right on the fjord! one night, the northern lights looked right outside our window, it was magic.

the hotel cleaning schedule was limited! i had to request service for my room.

this hotel location is excellent, like, seriously right by the harbor! i upgraded to a room and it faced the harbor, totally worth it. the staff? super nice and helpful, which i loved. breakfast is amazing, you guys, seriously!

the hotel's location was acceptable, providing easy access to nearby attractions.

I was not impressed with the room cleaning policy. cleaning was not a standard, daily service. It required a request one day in advance. even after registration, the service only included rubbish removal and towel changes, neglecting vacuuming. the service quality did not align with a four-star hotel classification.

i find the location really good, it was near everything. the room size felt just right, i had a twin room. breakfast had many choices and i didn't leave hungry.

the mattress felt a little too soft, it was a bummer. pillows was huge and it make me uncomfy. the foods wasn't great, not to my liking really.

i found the staff very friendly. the hotel location is excellent, near the airport express bus stop. i appreciated that tea and coffee were available at any time.

the gym facilities were very poor. the rowing machine was inoperative. the stepper machine was also out of service.

the hotel location is superb , and our room had a direct view of the harbor and the mountains. all the excursions have meeting points next to the hotel, and the city center is there as well. the hotel is located in the harbor.
